Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition (preferably in the IT/software industry).

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Experience with lead generation through LinkedIn, email outreach, and other digital channels.

Ability to identify new business opportunities and convert leads into clients.

Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

Strong problem-solving skills with a target-driven mindset.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
